Sunday-Post Race

I"ve not been able to log into journals for the last couple of days....

Had a good run yesterday at the Hopebuilders 5K... Was no need for an ambulance, that is always good.   And the kids from Belmont absolutely ROCK... after they finished their run, they came back to catch up with me and finish my run with me.  

They have no idea how much they help me push through.. Thanx guys!   ... I'm out of town for the entire week shooting in Wilmington.    I hope to find a chance to scoot over and visit the guys in Leland.
