Started the day with Poomsae class. Lots of work on preps, definitely needed. Very glad that I went as it helped leftover soreness. We also had some partner stretching and that helped tremendously. Slow leg raises don't necessarily sound like a hard thing to do...to those that haven't done them🤣 Cranked out some more requirements this afternoon and went for a walk too.
