Woke sore this morning and early to get to the airport by 6, picked up Joel and CJ back from Japan. They were happy to be home but had a wonderful time. I was very happy to see my guys. Then home, happy dogs and some unpacking and Japan stories. Then off to KT to work on my creative with Peyton. Then the viewing of the latest poomsae competition result. So hard to watch myself. Jitae is hard in the same way that Staff Form 2 and 3 are...not a lot of repetition or...can't think of the word again . I do like Jitae though, it's interesting. Worked on some self-defenses and then hit the Greenway for a bit to loosen up some. Less than a week!!! Have a marvelous Monday!
