Ran through my creative some today, some good self-defenses work with Peyton and Hapkido as well. I hope that all of you have a good training partner...they make all the difference in the world. Got some work in this morning. Being the only one at the house is throwing me a little off because I don't want leave the dogs alone. They are used to my husband working from home and my son coming home from work in the morning so my still being at work past their dinner time does make me feel a little bad. There was lightning happening when I came home tonight so they have been stuck to me, they're so brave. I was just studying my test some... and working on my writing of taekwondo.
