softball

today i woke up and as always had a little trouble getting out of bed but i went downstairs and did half my push ups and sit ups, and all of my kicks. i got dressed for gym, ate a breakfast of cheerios, a banana, bacon, orange juice, and a protein shake, then got packed up and headed out to the bus just in time. i slept on the bus and was very late waking up, we were already unloading. i went to first block where we learned about Africa, what movies and media portray it as and what it actually is, it has big cities and tall buildings. in second block we did stretching then were divided up in teams to play softball on the field, i got a homerun and got 4 outs during the 3 innings we played. in third block we learned about what makes up cells and what DNA, RNA, and ATP are. in forth block we learned about Rome and how the Romans had control in Africa, Europe, and Asia while also the Mediterranean sea during the early AD years. i played on my phone on the way home, playing a new game i downloaded called fall down. i got home and got ready to help out at KTMH for the white belt class, i also started my week as a white belt project. we worked on lining up and basic terms, then on basic kicks on the bags and stances. in the class after which i took we worked on kicks, primarily hurricane kicks, and forms, but i also got requirements done in the spare time we had. i went home and finished my workout, then took a nice long shower. i need to do laundry and homework after this and get ready for tomorrow where i will probably get fitted for my JROTC uniform :)
