Push ups and Sit ups

today i woke up just like any other day, tired. i got dressed, had bacon, pancakes, cheerios, milk, and a protein shake for breakfast, then ran out the door because i again was almost late for the bus but i got on it. i slept on the bus, but the bus driver kept switching the lights on and off but leaving the light on so it was hard to sleep. in first block we did an activity where we pretended one side of the rooms were solid color "cats" then the other were striped "cats", in the story we striped cats thought we were better so we didnt associate with the solid color cats, when the cats drew on stripes and joined us in being striped, we wanted to be different so we covered our stripes, this process continued. we did this until we couldnt tell who was striped or not so in the end we were forced to accept the fact we were all the same and live as a group, it was supposed to teach us everyone is the same, i found it awesome. second block we did warm ups then went down to the tennis courts to practice volleyball. we were not allowed to pick our teams but i liked the people on my team and we ended up doing great, we went almost undefeated because we tied a couple times. in third block we learned more about the cell, what types of cells there are in different things, what organelles are in them, and what they do, it was all very boring. forth block we worked on a project where we were assigned a medieval character and had to pretend to be them answering personal questions, i was Joan of Arc. her life was very interesting, but short. she had a very big influence on the world and still does today. i cant wait to present tomorrow. i listened to music on the way home then started my workout as soon as i got in the door. i only got some done because i then decided i wanted to do homework instead so i got all that done then headed off to class, the 4:45-5:45 at KTMH. we worked on forms and self defense, starting from white every time someone made a mistake he added a bar and then at the end of each belt multiplied by 5 or 10 depending on how many, for each number was one push up and sit up, we got up to high green then had to end class but did 185 push ups and sit ups. then i had a mentor session and we worked on forms and self defense, he said i am ready and i look great in everything which i am happy about. i went home and ate dinner, then finished my workout, now im headed of to the PMAA class, then shower and bed. tomorrow is friday!! :)
