Great black belt class with Master Cavaso. Worked on my new staff form. Connor is doing soccer on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well and that's turning out to be fun. Fortunately, his coach, Todd Bogess, used to have a kid in King Tiger at Lake Norman and he knew all about the black belt cycle, so he was fine me pulling Connor out before practice was over to run to King Tiger. It's definitely going to add some excitement to the Foster family. Keeping pounding 2017 Spring candidates. We need to work on a team name for our cycle. Throw some ideas out if anyone reads this.
