Not the best of days!!

It was not the best of days but it could have been worse.  Normally I am at the office by 7:00am, at the latest, so yes I am a morning person.  When on cycle I try to get up before 5 and get my run in and unfortunately time does not permit for much else.  Today I got up and my knee's just said what have you done to me.  Yes thank you Inst. Hsin- - I lost count on the squats and suicides on Wednesday night and guess what- - - my body told me Thursday morning.  It was great though, I enjoyed that class very much - - -have to bust his chops.  So off the office I went.  The grand plan is to stop at work every so often and do situps & pushups.  Yes well the grand plan is not working.  We are very fortunate to be busy so clients and staff come first thus very few requirements while at work.  Leave work, Monday thru Thursday, and go directly to South Charlotte.  Almost all of my requirements are done at the dojang.  I work on requirements, help in class when needed, chat with the parents, answer questions, keep an eye on the door for any unfamiliar faces and do what ever they need me to do - -yes I am the queen of the colorox wipes!!! Master Chin has a beautiful school that she has developed with much pride and we want to keep it to her standards while she is away.  While the cycle and requirements are important sometimes you have to decide what is the priority.  Not a great day for requirements but on a great note several of my categories are going to green numbers and that I am very happy about.  I will keep on playing catch up and plug along.  Stuggling with a lot of the new curriculum but will somehow figure it out.  All is good and looking forward to the weekend!!!

So Much To Do
Busy Thursday
