Morphing

Awesome color belt testing tonight! It is nice to see so many adults. I remember many of the adults in classes with me that were so encouraging and a belt or a few above me are long gone. It is easier to tell someone to relax than it is for me to relax in a similar situation.

Practicing poomsaes tonight for me was not pretty. It took me three times to get through taegeuk sa chang. I got up to a point and could not remember what came next. The second time it morphed into oh chang. Not good. That has been my normal too much lately. Not good and frustrating
