Monday

Crazy busy day at work which is pretty much normal. Had appointment after work to get the gray sparkles removed which turned out good as I was able to have meditation time. Got home later than planned so went for run then got some requirements in. Dinner now time for bed. Its going to be a long week and want to pace it and get some rest. Am hoping with upcoming work trips that can knock out a few essays.
