long workout

today i woke up planning to get up 10 minutes early but ended getting up at normal time, figures. i got dressed and had bacon, cereal, waffles, milk, and a protein shake, then went out to the bus and got there early enough to be freezing cold by the time it arrived... my day wasnt going well so far. i slept on the bus and was out like a ROCK, i was the last one off the bus and barely woke up in time. in first block we had to go to the auditorium to do picture day which wasnt a big deal but took up half the class. the other half the class we had a test on the book we were reading, "kaffir boy", and the rest of the test was african countries location and literary devices. in second block we warmed up on the track but didnt do laps thankfully, we went to the football field and were randomly split into teams for flag football. i got one touchdown in our first game, our team one 4-1, our second game we tied 1-1 and didnt have much time. this one guy on my team got 3 touchdowns first game and one touchdown second game! he was awesome. in third block we took another test on make up of a leaf, photosynthesis, and cellular respiration, it wasnt that hard and i think i did good on it, we didnt do anything else the rest of class. in forth block we learned about early south america and why European countries such as Spain and Portugal. we went over what the effects of exploration were, the journey and technology, and reasons for going in the first place, it was really interesting but she took too long to teach it all. i went home and did push ups, sit ups, and running, little did i know that i would have alot of workout after, but i didnt have any homework so that was good. i went to KTMH and did the regular green belt and higher class, we did 15 minutes of group drills, 20 dips, 2 ladder drills, 30 seconds of wall sits, 20 sit ups, and 10 farmers walks was one set, we did 4 and 1/2 so we were exhausted by the end. the rest of class was spent focusing on forms, i focused only on pal jong because that the form im doing in the AAU this weekend. i got it down really good and im confident in my form. i switched into sparring gear and got ready for sparring class, we started off by doing some running, push ups, and sit ups. then we got into doing kicking drills with partners where we did combinations to practice accuracy and power for one person, and conditioning for the other. finally we got into sparring, i did a whole bunch of sparring rounds, i lost count but i asked and he said i did 5. i didnt get hit once so i know im getting better. we ended class and i had a mentee session with Sean, my mentee, we worked on sparring, he normally lets people spar after class so i coached many sparring rounds, mostly Sean though, it was really late by then and i needed to go home, i went home and showered, now i need to go to sleep!!! tomorrow is friday :)
