Lesson Learned

Went for a run this weekend, and stopped a few times to get in sets of pushups, situps and plank holds.

It is not unusual for me to add burpees or pushups, etc. to my runs.

This time, however, I did my situps on the concrete, wearing only shorts and a tshirt (no jacket).

I now have two abrasions on my tailbone from the concrete. Bad idea.
