Journal #63 - 03/18/2026 Lalitha

Today was good. I had in‑person testing again, and today was ELA. As soon as I finished, I pulled out the Instructor’s Camp book Master Weeks gave me, along with the study guide I made and my notebook, and I studied. I had to wait for everyone else to finish, so even though I was done early, I stayed there working on homework and reviewing until about 10:30. Once I was dismissed, I went home and ate lunch.

I took a nap afterward, then woke up and did my requirements before getting ready for TKD. I had a few questions about the retest, and I got those clarified. After that, I helped out with the Senior Tigers and led kicks. We worked on technical stand‑ups, blocks, back falls, and a few other drills.

Then I had a quick mentee session before sparring. In sparring, we did a few drills and finished with 3‑vs‑1. After that, I had the Weekday BBC class, where we went through multiple poomsaes and self‑defenses for specific belts. When I got home, I ate dinner and rechecked my study guide. I’ll probably head to bed soon.

Hope everyone’s doing well, and good luck with the rest of the cycle.  Lalitha Sree Damarla⁷
