Journal #57 - 03/11/2026 Lalitha

Today was a nice Wednesday. School was async, so I finished my work pretty quickly. I had my Math 1 small group, and after that I went with my dad to his checkup. I spent the whole hour reviewing for the written test and looking over my essays. Once we got back, I got ready for taekwondo.

For a second I thought I lost my mask, but it was literally in the exact spot I always keep it. Anyways. At TKD, I did warm‑ups and helped in class as we worked on red‑stripe activities and some weapons/single‑stick drills. After that I got ready for sparring, so I practiced my stuff during Junior Tigers. Then I had a mentee session with Lollita — we didn’t get a ton done because of time, but we still managed to cover a few things.

In sparring, we worked on basic kicking and sliding combos, and ended with 3‑vs‑1 sparring. After that I had BBC, where we practiced our poomsaes and moved on to Bo‑Cho‑Dan One‑Step self‑defense. Lastly, I had a mentor session with Master Weeks. We worked on stances and small corrections in my forms, and I asked him a few questions too.

After class I went straight home, helped make dinner, and now I’m going to review my study guide and head to bed.

Hope everyone’s doing well, and good luck with the rest of the cycle. ⟭⟬ Lalitha Sree Damarla⁷
