Hi Red #1!
At Black Belt Class tonight Dillon my oldest son threw me good! I landed bad! I will feel it tomorrow! I really enjoy doing self defenses with him. He is 16 now and he is a little taller than me and probably stronger than me! I think we both had fun throwing each other around.
I had another session with my mentor after class. Instructor Schneider is awesome! We worked on the double stick form. I bet we did 15 times.
