Have been away for a while and first class back tonight. Thanks Master Chin and Inst. Hsin I did my best to keep up but mind and body still mush and will take a few days to get back in motion. I know I am way behind but I will catch up- -guess I am use to challenges. Night all I am tired and desperate for some sleep.
