Happy Monday!!

Great day at work then hi ho hi ho it's off to the dojang I go.  Got quite a few requirements in before work today then did as many as I could between helping in class then black belt class.  Best of all Master Chin is back!!!!  It was great seeing her & Emmy and they both look fantastic.  Well Master Chin looks like she did not even have a little one and the little one is as cute as a button.  Class was great tonight covered many different areas and I am just trying to stay focused on learning the new curriculum.  Baby steps I can not get it all at once.  I am getting there, it's slow but I will get it.  I do not know what was up tonight but was having a terrible time with back falls.  We did a bunch last week and I was fine - - tonight I guess I was having an out of body experience.  Guess it's practice even more!!!
