friday tomorrow... and gym

i woke up late today so i had to rush to get dressed, eat cheerios, a protein shake, milk, and a banana, then grab my stuff and rush out the door. i slept on the bus and woke up occasionally to fix my bookbag. in first block we went over literary devices but other than that didnt do much, just played with our phones and talked. in second block we learned about the situation in syria, world war 2, and the revolutionary war, how they are similar and different, the battles and details. third block we reviewed what we learned yesterday about enzymes, insulin, and glucose because he forgot we already learned it and no one told him. in forth block we went over how Rome was divided up in half and how the huns and germanic tribes invaded causing trouble. also other ways Rome fell, then we reviewed for the unit 2 test we will have tomorrow. i went home and worked out since i woke up late today also getting my homework done. i went to the 4:45-5:45 and 6-7 classes, the 6-7 is sparring. in the first class we spent the first 15 minutes doing half a mile run. then doing 100 push ups in various ways, increasing in difficulty until we couldn't do any more. then we did the same for sit ups, which hurt even more (my chest hurts from that). then we went over a bunch of forms both tae kuek and wang ho. we also worked on sparring attack/defend until the end of class. then i went to sparring class where we stretched, then me and 2 others were team captains and i had a good team for sparring drills. we won the 2nd and 3rd ones and lost 1st, 4th, and 5th drills so we did 50 push ups total. then we did conditioning drills where we literally just threw roundhouse kicks while lined up and squatted down to hurt the other person. we finished class with sparring rounds where i did really good with body shots but need a bit of work on head shots. i got 2 sparring rounds done and did another when i got home. i went home and showered now i just need to eat then i get to go to SLEEP!! tomorrow i have gym and we play softball again, but at least its friday :)
