Arms
Had a great day at the whitewater center with the kids. All the arms work on the ropes courses sure makes pushups, burpees, and pull-ups that much more challenging. My left arm is more sore than usual. I was probably holding the ropes too tightly. Gotta love the zipline!
Back to reality tomorrow.
