Another Great Saturday
Quite the full day today. Started early with household chores & visit to recycling center. Then headed to the Dojang for a 3 mile run, requirements, BB Class & Sparring Class. Then came home to prep and deliver some Cajun/Creole Cuisine for a Mardi Gras Party up on the lake. I imagine I will sleep very well tonight.
Unfortunately, I will have to miss next Saturday due to a St Mark's Vestry (Governing Body of an Episcopal Church) Retreat. Serving God does come first. I really enjoyed Master Kahn's seminar last year & was looking forward to this one.
On to week 5!
