Worked to 12 hour shift. I’m Feeling more confident and comfortable with my roles and responsibilities. In the morning I’ve been getting up and will do 10 to 15 minutes mix of push-ups, sit-ups and burpees.
I just have to settle with doing more in days I don’t work. And be very organized with my scheduling. Because realistically, I’m way to exhausted post shift to do much. And there’s only so early I can wake up and get req done.
