So to start off my wonderful monday BY WAKING UP LATE :O I mean this has been like the 3rd day off the cycle i've woke up late. I don't know whats wrong with me right now but I need to fix myself. Not only did I wake up at 8:00!!! I'm also like very very dehydrated. I can't be all sorry for myself and whatever because it is my fault I don't drink nearly as much water as I need to, so I skip school today and this will be my 2nd to last day I will skip school this year and I have to skip it on a friday in April for a race I have to go to. Anyways I have felt very dizzy, with a headache and my skin is pretty pale so I basiclly 100% knew I was in a lack of water (I'm having a hard time spelling dehydrated) so I did my black belt stuff and did my school work for today and then near like 5:00 I was going to try to run a 10k but I accidently started off WAYYYY to fast like a 7:12 min per mile pace and that was bad so I decided I wanted to run a speed mile and surpringly, I ran a 7:35 min mile, which is insane for the fact im like feeling really bad. I have been wanting to run a under 7 min mile for like a few months now and now that I ran that crazy of a time while feeling bad I think I can totally do a sub 7 min mile. Anyways after that I had dinner than showered and finished up my math homework and had a protein shake and now im reading. Overally it wasn't like the best day of my life but it's fine tommorow should be way better since I drank a years worth of water today. Sleep good!
