Today I woke up later than I wanted to so couldn't get my usual done for the physical requirements. I usually split them and do some in the morning and some in the evening.
We reviewed "A jubilant spirit" in band class. I successfully hoola-hooped in gym (that's embarrassing). I ran my fastest mile so far today in my neighborhood, did some of my physical requirements, then went to King Tiger. I did a mentee session, a sparing class, black belt class, and a mentor session.
I am finishing up my physical requirements for the day, eating, showering and getting to bed...it's been a long day!
