Did grappling, at Belmont tonight I really enjoyed it.. note just really tired.. going to bed really early tonight
Had a good weekend camping, I reviewed a little bit then, had fun camping. Then that my 2 year old niece came over.We had fun today
This was supposed to be for last night but I forgot haha, everything has been finished as my requirements go and even though I am finished that doesn't mean I will quit working out. BLACK BELT STRONG !!!
Good night at class tonight, going through some hard times in my life right now trying to figure out what to do... but still working hard to get my black belt

Gave blood today. Then later tonight at Belmont we had a good Black Belt class tonight, reviewed material for the black belt test. All went good :)
So I meant to do this last night haha but, I had a awesome time doing my black belt physical and written test Saturday. On Sunday I was really sore, and even on Saturday afternoon, I came home and washed my step dad's drag car trailer with my brother. But Saturday was really fun for me, all of us candidates are one step closer to becoming a 1st degree !!
Had a good physical / written test today. On the pre test mile I got 9 minutes and 1 second, this time on my mile run I got 7 minutes and 49 seconds tremendous cut on time !!! Then for the written test I got a 105 on the test :) now on the home stretch for the black belt cycle TURN UP!!!
Sorta nervous for tomorrow, its the physical portion and written test tomorrow :) im in the home stretch for the black belt cycle now :) cant wait to have my very own black belt (1st degree ) around my waist :) !!!
Another good night for Belt Testing tonight at the Belmont location, had a student test for her Bo Cho Dan belt level tonight, which she made it, it was cool to see her make it because I know that I have helped her train for tonight's testing.
Had a good night at the Belmont Location helping the Belt testing, now time to practice certain criteria fro the cycle that I need and then time to finish my last few essays, then to study for the written test this Saturday TURN UP !!!

Turns out the physical test and written test is next week, it wasn't today haha but still I went over my written test an I think I will do good on it

Had a sparring class tonight at Belmont, it was good, I enjoyed it , alot of sweating haha only means good workout
Long day today, and after doing my requirements tonight, I'm tired... goodnight everybody
Had a good Black Belt class today, then did sparring, but ended up having to take care of my mom because she got injured and could barely walk. Even though I ha to help my mom for a little bit, I still enjoyed the classes today :)
After practicing what I need to today, I'm now going over my hangul.. still sorta had but I'm getting there
Had a good night of workouts at North Charlotte to night, then in PMAA we did hand to hand techniques that I think are really cool, since we practiced them tonight it helped me remember them, which I needed to practice them anyways :p but all in all both classes were good
Good red belt and up class tonight, still working on fixing the basic things that I now see that I mess up on. Also worked on my forms tonight, just need to fix minor things . And at this moment Im tired, and hungry haha and going to go to bed after I finish a few things and prepare to have a good strong workout day tomorrow .
So we got back from Instructors Camp yesterday, I am really tired still today :p haha but still going strong

Getting ready to head out to Greenville NC to train with Grandmaster Lee, gonna be a awesome weekend. :)

So tonight, I am really tired, sore, and once again tired haha, had a long day today, then came to class, it wasnt that hard today but still im just really tired today
So tonight in Red Belt and Up class, at Belmont location we did something a little different, we started off doing yellow belt self defense, then we did a thing were we still did yellow belt self defense number 1, but we had to do a take down but in a different way than yellow belt number one. ( its hard to explain haha you would have just had to be there in order to understand what I am trying to say:p ) lol but still it was a good class tonight, it made my brain think :p
Not that bad of a workout tonight in class, but still feeling physically drained still, but still getting done what needs to be done
Had a good long weekend this past weekend, went to a good black belt class this past saturday, did self defenses from neutral stance on saturday, which is really hard but looks like i found something i really need to work on haha. Still got my requirements done this weekend as well
Tonight, even with it being really cold, I still got my daily requirements done tonight. Still trying my best in everything . Black Belt Strong!
Had a good time in class tonight, at Belmont 4:30 Class which is Red Belt and Up Class, we did a few forms, then we did practicality of certain self defenses. I enjoy doing those because it helps me think of what i can do, if something doesnt go the way like any of our color belt self defenses work. It makes you think of other things :)
With tonight, Even though we had a sleet/snow/ freezing rain mixture, i still went to class tonight and worked out, and did some of my requirements tonight. Only A little Bit Longer to go: )
Today has been a really long day for me. But even with that being so, I still got my requirements done today and still going strong even though i am starting to feel tired and sore more often now.
Today at Black Belt Class was a very good class, we went over things that i needed to do, ( forms that i couldn't remember ) and then after that, I had Sparring class, which was all good until I got hit in my right knee ( the leg i had surgery on ) a few times, that really hurt haha, then ya I came home rested up for a while and then I got my requirements done for today, only 5 more weeks to go! Can't Wait !!!
Tonight, I am really starting to feel more tight and sore in my arms and legs, and basically everywhere else haha, Im still doing my best though.
A good night in class tonight, sore and tired but still trying my best. This Black Belt is now starting to take alot of toll on me now haha but once again I'm still pushing through.
Tonight, after working out at school in my weight training class, I am really tight and sore in my legs and arms and really everything else as well haha, but I am still getting my work done
So, today i came home from class, i knew i had to get the rest of my requirements done so i came home, after dinner, i finished what i needed to get done.
So tonight after my recoup day was taken, its time to get back in the swing of things with working out again, and start over strong!!
So tonight, my body is really sore, i have shin splints, arms are tired and pretty much everything is but i am still pushing through my requirements.
So tonight in class, we did forms, from high white to red, and each time somebody messed up it was 20 push-ups or 2 sets of 10 v sit ups, even though i didn't mess up on certain forms, i still got down and did the push ups or v - sit ups anyways, even though I was tired and didn't want to really do them I still did them because they needed to be done. !!
So today i came home from school early, had a migraine ( headache) but still pushed threw to get some requirements done for tonight. Still have the headache but still trying to do my best
So today was great, got my requirements done, a little tired from school, but still getting done what needs to be done with my Black Belt requirements. Haven't really hit a mental or emotional state of decay yet haha, the only thing i have hit is being sore from everything but like i said in a few other journal entries ago, I am still pushing through what needs to be done.
So today I woke up this morning, around 10 am, waiting for my sister and niece to come over, once I found out that they weren't coming over I looked at the clock and noticed that it was 10: 45 am and I was pretty bored, so I called up my best friend and asked if he wanted to hang out so, I went to his house, then once I got home today I knew I had to do my requirements, so i just busted out my requirements right when I got home, I got done what I needed to do today : ) ! Still going on strong : )
So earlier today I finished Black Belt class, with Mrs. Master Hartle teaching the class, which was an awesome class today, and then shortly after that I ended up taking Sparring Class with Master Knight teaching, which that was a good class, plus in sparring class I learned something new today, ( how to perfect my Bon-Bon "Double Roundhouse kicks") . All in All i had 2 really good classes today !! Still going Black Belt Strong !!
Had a good night in class today, my arms are really sore right now, but even though that they are sore I still came home and got my requirements done that I needed to do tonight, trying to do my best without overdoing myself.
Good night teaching at class tonight, my arms, legs, and abs are a little sore tonight from working out in my Weight Training class at school and the coming home to do more requirements, but I still pushed through all the pain to get my requirements done, yes I'm sore but still pushing on strong to get done what needs to get done.
Enjoyed teaching the little tigers class tonight at the Belmont location, got my requirements done today and still pushing hard to do good on this spring black belt cycle.
Since I have started the Spring 2015 Black Belt Cycle, me doing my requirements each day, is leaving me very sore on multiple days, but yet I am still pushing threw that soreness, to achieve my goal, and to get stronger, and to get better.
