Today was the first day that I did a full workout. I'm a little bit tired and its weird having to do a certain amount of pushups and situps. Today one of my masters, Master Justin Laloan, got back from a trip to New York. Also one of his students from New York came down for a tournament. He is a black belt and a really good martial artists from what I have seen. I'm hoping to pick up a few tricks from him. Mainly beginning to work on the 540 kick. I saw him do it today and it was really cool. Its good to have Master Justin back. It was different last week without him, just like its different when Master Burkhart or Master Thamn isn't around. I got my leadership credit today and I will get another tomorrow as well as a leadership 2 credit. We worked on...
