Hello. Not much went on today. Came to class and practiced some forms like the Bolo form and Staff form 2 with my buds at Lake Norman. I have to write this essay for my senior exit project for tomorrow.
Pretty cool day today. Chilled with the gang at Lake Norman, reviewing. I feel pretty confident about the testing, I hope we do well.

Although the black belt test is coming up, I have to study for my AP test which are the 1st 2 weeks of May. There are many things going on at once for me, it's kind of stressful

Somewhat bad news. I think I forgot to journal Thursday and that might become an issue. I hope not. I have a decent amount of homework for this weekend. I already got my spanish out of the way, so that's good.
Honestly, today was a terrible day. Long day at school with AP Biology test. I had the honors band clinic, in Charlotte right after so I bought dinner at taco bell for some reason. Terrible traffic. Got there, we played from 4-9pm. Absolutely awful. And one cold quesadilla for 'dinner'. Took a while to drive back. They now expect us to come back at 7:45. So basically wake up at 6 and leave at 7. So basically the soonest I could get home was about 9:45 and the latest I can wake up is 6:00, I have about 8:15 hrs to eat, shower, do miscellaneous work and sleep. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then tomorrow, we have to stay there until 3pm. I don't remember signing up for voluntary punishment for being alive. Also, I missed a journal yesterday

I'm working on my statistics homework right now. Staff form 2 and bolo form need the most work right now, but I feel relatively confident about testing than I did a month or so ago.
Hello. Not much has happened. I have a case study to read about for biology about the Hedgehog gene, yet gene has no relation to hedge hogs. It apparently got its name after some biologists infused the genes into fruit fly eggs and the hatched fruit flies looked as if they had dense spines.
Went to class today. Basically mastered by Bolo form. I should work on that along with my staff form tomorrow.
Hello. Today's going to be pretty busy for me. I have a spanish project to finish and I want to read about our next class in European History, it's a very reading-extensive class.
Not much happened today. I have my piano lesson then Tae Kwon Do. I'm not sure if it's a the dojang.
Regular day today. Worked on a spanish project with my friend and we went to see the Batman vs. Superman movie afterwards. It's really not bad, I don't understand what the fuss is about.
I forgot to journal this weekend. I did some yard work earlier today, which is super fun. It's a good break from reading for Biology of European History. I've got quite a bit of things I need to finish.
Alright, I'm about 36% done with my school work given to me for the break. Of course I kept into account the projects teacher are going to give us the last day. This is just a very busy week.
As I have made a list of homework assignments to complete before the break, I have 25% done. This does not include studying for tests and out of school work. I'm looking forward to when I have all I need completed.
Went to class today. I broke both my legs and my arms. I drove home afterwards.

This is kind of disappointing. My mom told me that she wanted me to drive my sisters to swimming. She changed her mind and told me that she could drive them, but it was a couple minutes before 6:30 right before sparring class. I'm not trying to kiss up, but i thought that a sparring class today would be cool. I'm going to ask Master Mrs. Hartle and Master Mr. Hartle if I can help with testing. I haven't done that so i thought it would be pretty cool to terrorize children.
I just got back from my run a while ago. Easy easy run only 1 measly mile. I'm going to do more. Anyway, I'll be in class today and whatnot.
Hello. I was quite sleepy most of the day. I worked on school work mostly. Made dinner. Not much else.
Well I'm pretty much packed for instructor's camp. I can't say I'm not nervous. I'm not looking forward to the homework I'll have to catch up, but hopefully this camp will give me more drive. I'm beginning to feel lazy like most seniors do at this time. Pretty weak of me.
This was a while ago, but I was out running one day and I saw a squirrel. I guess it didn't see me because I kept running and got pretty close to it before it went nuts and bolted. Hahaha, get it? Nuts, as in what squirrels eat and nuts and bolts as in a mechanical fastening device. Hahaha
Quick post before bed. Partially cleaned my room today which was an amazing achievement. Did double classes with my pal, Eric. We're going to be starting a new unit in statistics tomorrow.
Today was pretty uneventful. I mainly studies for my statistics test tomorrow and focused on pushups and situps. I look forward to class tomorrow.
I meant to write this yesterday. Yesterday I either badly sprained my toe or straight up broke it. Anyway, it's unpleasant to walk. I stayed away from doing more intense foot-involved requirments and just did pulls ups and a couple sets of poomsaes and self defenses to avoid permanent deformities. It's getting better already and I'm pretty sure I can do class tomorrow without worsening it.
Yesterday was alright I guess. I had the usual Friday Combo: school, piano lesson, class. My older sister came over from college to stay the weekend. I'll be catching up on some Spanish, do a couple mile run, and then head to class.
While I was running, I ran pretty close to a squirrel. It was pretty interesting. I went to sparring class today. I've heard that there's going to be a large scale blizzard monday, which is apparently going to drop at least 24 feet of snow.
Alright, so I've decided to write my journals as soon as get home from school. If I wait untill I go to bed, I maybe doing homework that takes me past 0:00. Also, I have my French Horn lesson at 6:30-7:00. Class starts at 7. I rescheduled it the best I could, but I may arrive a bit late.
Here is something fairly interesting that I have done. I started a couple weeks ago and it caught on. So everyday when I get home from school I do exactly 10 pull ups before I walk into the garage. It's easy, doesn't take a lot of time and I'm just pretty happy I've created this habit for myself. I don't even think about it anymore. I just see it as just a regular thing to do before coming home and it's just become a regular thing. Anyway, I've got to get to bed, I have a test or two tomorrow.
I'm not sure about what to write. I mean, I know what I have to do for the cycle, and I'm trying to increase the amount of requirements I do each day. I guess news for me is that I got another piece to learn on the piano, along with the one I'm currently working on, half-way learned. For today, I guess I focus on finishing Statistics homework assignments that I haven't finished yet.
Well. Today I had an interview with an alumnus. I did some requirements today and yesterday. I have them written down, but I havn't logged them in yet. I'm planning of attending class tomorrow to get my jump ropes in. We don't have a jump rope at home that's long enough.
Hello. Not much happened today. This morning I went running with my dad. I emailed some colleges and did some studying, European history and Biology. I feel like I havn't been sleeping enough lately.
Went to Weekday black belt class today. Master Chelly made us do that challenge, which is cool as I lack self motivation. I better write down all the homework I have to do over the weekend. It's quite a bit, but I'll handel it. I should do a longer run this weekend, maybe tomorrow morning if I get up early enough.
Well. Regular day today, I guess. I'm a bit behind on homework, which is a bother. I absolutly want to get all my requirments in the green. None of them should be in the orange. Anyhow, I have the weekend to work on both school and TKD, so that's good. Instructor Marcus's class was excellent. As almost everyone knows by now, we did some kick boxing.
No school today again. I ran a bit. Went to sparring and family class. I'm quite tired at the moment.
No school today which was suprising. I shoved the driveway of ice the entire morning. A nice layer of about 1 inch, probably a bit less. I did some requirments, not enough really. I heard that there's class today, so I'll be going in just a bit.
Well I'm back from my 'run'. The side walk was so covered in ice, it was nearly impossible to distinguish it from an ice skating ring. Most of the time I wasn't even running, I was just walking at a fast pace while trying to keep my balance. Although I slipped several times, I only managed to fall once. No damaged muscles or bones, so that's good. I guess I'll do some studying then do the other requirement testing. I really don't want to put an 8+ time on my pretest, so I'll run when it's run-able out.
I woke up, went to school, came back because no classes. Did some homework, didn't finish. It was just page after page of reading. Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to go for a run, but it was like snowing or something so i just sat around doing nothing the whole day. I resettled my horn lesson on Wednesday days so that I can attend class that day.
Ran quite a bit this morning. It was pretty cold, so cold in fact that I had to stop once in a while to warm my hands and ears. In retrospect, I should of worn more than a T-Shirt, undershirt and shorts. It was fun I guess. Spanish V midterm today. It's so long that our teacher had to split it, so I guess I just tested for the second half.
Regular day today, I guess. I'm getting a bit behind in my requirments, which is bad. A bad habit to start. Last midterm tomorrow. I just realized that I missed class tonight. Today is just not going very well at all. It will be better tomorrow. I'll go for a run on the freeway which is quite a few miles. I'll have to get all the bars on green.
Hello. I kinda jumbled my stuff from yesterday and today, so today I didn't do leadership II, I did it yesterday. Anyhow, I guess I'll be doing kicks, poomsaes and self defenses right now. Gotta study for my midterms.
Today is Monday, obviously. I would like to train for crew (rowing) so that I may join the team when I get to college. I'll have to fix my erg at home first. Midterms are 3/7ths done. The 5 to go are probably the hardest, so I better study even more. I hope everyone else is doing fairly well. Sam
Well, I started the cycle yesterday and I have been doing my requirements regularly. I can't seem to log them into the website yet. I registered myself as payed at the Charlotte dojang, yesterday. Maybe it needs a little more time to process.
Today was a decent day today. The black belt most of the black belt family ran with Marcus, which was fun. Then we did class and that's all what happened.
Exhausting day for me today. I have a bunch of homework and drove home. Then I went to 2 and 1/2 Tae Kwon Do classes. I felt like falling asleep in the third, because i was so tired
Today I did more requirements. I spent the whole day inside doing school work. I'm planning to get everything 0 by end of this week and just review the last week.
Hi I really hope this is not too late. Tomorrow I'm going to spend all morning with Master Chelly because my mom hates me (just kidding, she'll just be busy) but I'm sure it's going to be fun and extremely productive. I can expect most requirements to be done by tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay of putting stuff in. Yesterday and today were pretty busy days. We walked a TON during our trips and ran across roads. I went to the hotel's gym every night while was meh. Well I'm back so it's much better.

Today was good. We had our 2K test in rowing today. 7.17.4 I've heard that's pretty good for my age, but there is always room to improve. I am also noticing an increase of muscle mass in my chest, thank you ~5,000 push ups! (and counting)

Hello good day today. I'm currently working on poomsaes with my sisters, no time to waste.
Today was fully of tae kwon do stuff. Once I got home, I ran 2 miles but there was this one patch of sidewalk which was iced for about 20m. Then I went to class and my little sisters forced me to do a bunch of stuff afterwards. I don't enjoy doing poomsaes at home more than at class. At home it feels kinda cramped bc of the furniture and in class, my Masters and Instructors are there to correct me if I forget something, which I really appreciate. :)

Good news! After rowing practice, I got home and just started doing requirements, or sets and going though them again and again with a couple breaks. Motivated by Master Natasha Hartle at lunch, I got all of today physical requirements done and more!! I'll be doing Poomsaes and Self Defenses after dinner with my little sisters.
