I was able to get a good amount of work done today. Today was a remote learning so I spent most of the day doing class work. I was also able to briefly help out during testing and I also got in a mentee session at the same time. Good work today, hoping this continues.

Pretty productive day. I was able to work on some curriculum and go lifting on the same day. Usually I don’t have time for both, but today I did! Also got some Dairi-O’s, which tasted super good. Hoping this 5 day weekend continues to grow.

Finally some snow today. When I looked outside today it was so nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to play in it as I had to stay inside the whole day finishing my english project. Oh well, hoping I get to have some fun tomorrow.

Woke up pretty early this morning and got to class. I was able to spar, help out the junior tigers, and work with some of the older kids all at once. After I did that, I got a quick mento session in where we got to work on every poomsae. A bit dissapointed that there has been no snow outside, but oh well. Excited to rest up tomorrow, but I have to get to work right now.

Not a bad workout today. I feel like my stamina is a lot better now. My sparring has also got better; not bad for someone who hasn't sparred in a long while. Hoping we get some snow tomorrow, but you'll never know.

Today was relatively relaxed. We had a substitute teacher in math so I used that time to get some work done. I went to a club meeting after school and I won some candy. Got home, and now I’m finishing up my work.

Got a lot of work done today. I cleaned my bathroom and room, finished some homework, and was able to study a bit of poomsaes/self defenses. Also my mile time dropped a good amount today too, which I feel good about.

Relaxed a bit today. Had some tutoring in the afternoon but it wasn’t all bad. Worked on requirements afterwards. Overall  pretty average day.

I have been seeing some improvement within my sparring. I’ve been using much more strategy and I have not been relying on strength only. Still have a long way to go.

Today is Friday, so I get to finally relax. It’s also a 3 day weekend, which means this is my opportunity to get ahead on requirements. Things have got slow at times, but I am still able to push forward. Looking forward to my future improvements.

Today was fun. I had a lot of homework today, but I was able to finish most of it in class. After school, I hung out with my friends which was fun. When I got home, I did a little studying then worked on curriculum.

I’ve just been keeping this pushing right now. I joined a new club at school and I’ve been practicing mostly poomsaes. I also taught a mentee today and I don’t think I did too bad. Still have a long way to go.

Today was fun day. I woke up early again for school. Nothing very eventful happened there, but I was able to study and do work with my friends at a restaurant after school. When I got home I mainly worked on poomsaes and finished up the last bit of homework I had. I still have much room to grow.

Another uneventful day. I woke up very early to get to school. We started a new unit in math class and I am starting to understand physics class more. When I got home I did my physical requirments then I finished my homework. I had a lot of homework today, so my schedule was very tight as I had to go lead class right after. Now that I am home, I will shower, eat dinner, and wind down a bit.

Today was very calm. I started my day by going out with my friends. We hit up a couple shops but I didn’t buy anything for myself. We got lunch together which was basically my breakfast as I didn’t eat anything in the morning. After that, I went to my tutoring session where I worked on a practice test then reviews afterwards. When I got home I stretched for a bit and got ready for bed.

Today we had the pretest. I woke up at 5am so I could get ready and get to the track on time by 6:30. When I got there I waited a bit and then did my run with the other Bo Cho’s. We then went to the North Charlotte location for the physical/mental exam which I did decently on. Overall, I think I did well but there is room for improvement.

Today I woke up and went to school. I had a math quiz today but it was not too difficult. We began to work on our project for English as well. When I got home I was able to get in some curriculum studying in and then I went to black belt class. After that, we had advanced sparring which went well. Once I got home I showered and now I have to sleep early in order to be prepared for the pre-test.

I started my day at 5:30 when I got ready for school. I had to catch up on my math homework and also find potential teachers to get a recommendation letter from. Once I got home I finished up the remaining homework I had and hit a quick mile run. I see some improvement but I know I can be better. When I got back I studied some poomsaes and did my physical requirements.
