Today i had an epic day well i did a lot of stuff staring of by running i don't now why but i felt like it well when that was done i went to church then i went to the mall i had a great time their i bought so much stuff but today my mom got a new phone it was the 5s the touch ID thing was jamed up but i fixed it was sort of hard to fix it.i bought some new shorts today too. i went back home and had a nice 30 min nap i was glad i took a nap because i was going to watch movie i lasted till now but my parents did not last that long they fell asleep in the middle of the movie and it wasn't any movie it was the hobbit my dad likes that move but he didn't...

well yesterday i had some technical difficulties which was horrible but i am still able to do it right now.(lol) yesterday i had the best time of my life well all of that candidates were there it was fun rafting but when we reached the PIN ponng it started the boat flip over i whent in the water got driven by the water but then got save and my boat that git saved flipped over to so i just had some minor injuries but it was ok i had a great tim at mega zip lining it was epic i was afraid of hights but know i fased my fear!!!!!!!!!! 

today i had the best time of my life it was the day i got my belt i am a first poem now yayayayay i feel happy but in order to keep it i haft to do a little more journals so i can finish it up well i can't believe we had to drink the tea in 3 sips that was horrible!! well picture time was awesome as well but i loved the organization of the tea ceremony it was relaxing 

today i had to get my mente session in `so i did well i turned out to be a really great session i only need 1 more session to end this once and for all so yes i am tired but i keep moving forward i have a session tomorrow so it finally ends i love my mente he is really funny (lol)

i had homework so bad i felt like leaving it but i now i had to do it so i did them well then i went to king tiger i did the worm ups in a class we'll i helped out in class to i was pretty board to just for a little while but then i got to help out a kid he was a white belt so that meant that he was going to be easy to train master knight said he needs to now his basic kicks kwon soul in english and korean and he said italian and spanish well of course i could teach him it in spanish that would be easy so easy!! so we fished up and me and him had so much fun i had a great tim but homework was hard also!

I know yesterday was a harsh day but we all know we have to work hard i know did great but sometimes i am shy and don't like to be called out from the group but i know it was for the best i know i am going to have some fun today i hope that all of are still working hard GOod luck !! :)

i feel tired and happy i am determined to pass and i will always do my best i will show my instructors that i am 2 times stronger then what i used to be i will never give up and good luck to everybody i hope all of you do well 

today i had a great mente session and a greta mentor session to well i am still practicing on what i haft to do for tomorrow well i think i am pumped up for it and never give up fellow members

i did ok but passed my physical test but i don't know about the written tests well i hope all of you did great on your test and never give up!!!

to day i had an amazing day with a capital A well i went to school and got a 100 on a i little quiz that was easy after that i went to science witch was awesome i won the iditarod i felt happy i got a free homework pass just because i won well when school was over i went home and did all my home work but when i got home i got locked out for almost 2 hours because my parents weren't there so when they came back it was to late for me to go to BB classes  

 today all started out at school witch was pretty awesome when i went to math i had a test it was hard well she said if you don't finish your test then we haft to stay in the room with her well P.E motivated me to work faster and to not be lazy the best part is that my P.E was going to play knock out witch is a pretty good game if you like free shots and basketball well when that was over i went to all of my classes and i went home when i got home i went straight to KT i had a mentor session there also and when i was done with *that* (again!!) i went home took a shower and stared doing home work when i finished i started doing my journal!?.  

today i had a great day it all started out with school but i felt a little sick in P.E i felt really hot but i felt better when i got home in P.E i played knock out witch is awesome i won only once its ok because the teacher said i could only win 1 time so every time i was about to win i would give it to the other person well when P.E was over i went to all my important classes like math etc, when i went to social studies i learned about the romans they were a really large empire. when i was done with school, i did home work IT WAS EASY but the bad part is that i finished at 6:30 i felt like 20 min but it was actually like half an hour well after that i watched a little TV and then...

I am happy because i am going to be on a commercial. i went to KT today witch was awesome the class i took was *hyper* the class is always awesome because its hyper well after all of that i went with my dad because he had to work but the my mom picked me up. when i got home i did some requirements while i was doing this i was listing to a song called *happy* witch really motivated me to do all my requirements i got a lot done even homework i did home work so fast that i was amazed that i can do that fast when i was done with my requirements ( still listing to *happy*) well i got another  email  about my audition well it said that i am going to in a new movie i am going to be the adopted kid well i...

today i went to my other audition it was awesome because they accepted me and know i am going to do a commercial but know i am waiting for an agent to call me so i can do a commercial well i felt happy,after that i went to church AND WHEN I WAS DONE with that i went back home and know i am watching the hunger games catching fire witch is a pretty great movie so far wow!!! this was a short 

today i went to a audition well i thought i did horrible but it turns out i did pretty good they called and said i was one of the top 5  and that know i haft to sign a contract so i feel proud of my self for accomplishing my goal well know i haft to go tomorrow i haft to go to anther audition at 10 well know i might be on tv! witch makes me happy so HAPPy.

its been raining almost all day, its freezing to. i have been practicing the hole day i had some home work but not a lot, i had a great day at school it was a pretty fun day i did great on my math test i think i made a 100 i know for sure i did after math i went to P.E i had a great time there because i was shooting 3 pointers all day after that i went home did my homework and when i was done with my homework i did a little mine work out for my self i was really fit they workout was only about an 1hr for me it felt like 20 min TIME GOUSE FAST QUIck!!!

today i was maybe a bit tired because of all the classwork i had,i am having a test tomorrow *wish me good luck* well my teacher said the test counts twice so i study all day i am still studying but in between that i was doing requirements i got a lot done now i am working on a work sheet thats due tomorrow i had a great day at band to because i learned a new note! it a b flat this note is a really low note on trumpet and it makes one of the weirdest noise ever well tuba has a double b flat witch is so low you cant hear it well i was to tired in band that i count get the high notes out.  

today i felt sick every were it all happened when i was waiting outside in the cold well i started to cough and then my nose got all stuffed after that my head started to hurt i had the worst day ever well school was ok i didn't like going to P.E today because my stomach started to hurt when we were running i am glade i never throw up well after school i went home and had a nice nap well until my mom woke me up to do my homework i was still sick but i didn't give UP!!! 

today i had a lot of homework and i went to a soccer game i got mad mad because i got a yellow card the ref said i kicked the guy from the back so i moved on with my life and kept  playing well i scored 3 goals witch is pretty good and when that was over i went back home and ate a big salad thats all about my day!! 

today i played soccer i scored no goals but i stool the ball a lot i had a fun time my team won 10 to 0 the team was ok they just didn't have a great defense i played midfielder witch is a hard position after the game i went back home and stared doing some requirements  i did A LOT 0f push ups and sit ups witch made me proud i am really tired from all the work i did well i aways say thats how life is if u don't put any effort then you wont make it,well after that i played some video games and know i am writing this.  

today i had a great day it stared out with a great work out witch was awesome i did 300 push ups and 489sit ups and i ran a lot i am having some difficulties on some of my self defense's it was on blue but i looked it up on youtube and it work i was nervous that i didn't know it.i got new shoes witch were cool i got nikes 7.0 there red and black after this i am going try them on again  

today i had a wonderful day, school was ok i had homework i feel bad for my teachers for still working it we had the snow storm, i went to PE had to run for 6 min witch is 1.5 miles and we played a game i scored 9 points straight well i was like the only one who new how to play soccer i was scared my team would all get red cards,i had one yellow because i tripped the other guy well my coach said it was a great sacrifice i am glade i didn't get a red card. i did a lot of sit ups and push ups today and i practiced koroy 10 times   

today i had an epic day, first i went to school then i went to tae kwon do class i went to family class and i helped in one class i couldn't go to a bb class because i had a mentor session and i had a Buch of homework to do i had i realy great tim at king tiger today i did great on koroy and my high red belt self defense will i had a great day today. 

today i had i fun time at school i got to play mat-ball today its a combination of kick ball and dogeball and its a great game but the bad part is thats there to many people and when somebody kicks it somebody caches it  i don't get there's is 4 bases you haft to go around twice to get a point JUST 1 POINT WHY NOT 2 well i had a fun time in P.E i guess?!. in math i had tones of homework but i am glade that my teacher said i could just do half because i know everything else and i am in scholars math witch is good today i heard a good quote it came from *Albert Einstein* quote of the day:"imagination is more important then knowledge" -Albert Einstein        

had a great day at school and got to play team 4 square witch is really awesome, i had a lot of homework today in all my classes this is why i couldn't  go to bb class i am still stuck on a question on my homework  i think i am on question #30 on math  and i got 20 more to go but i still have a lot more work to do then just that i still got science and health i am tierd i wish i could freeze the world  and sleep and then keep doing my homework.   Quote: Life is like a trumpet if you don't put anything in it nothing comes out  

i had a great day today i first i went to school it was rough i had a lot of homework today right know this is my 20 min break i still got more to go. today i ran a lot more than any other day we ran more because the girls were listening to wrecking ball they said they still wanted to run because it was every ladies  favorite the only thing i herd from the girls is *I CAME IN LIKE WRECKING BALL* (IT WAS ANNOYING) and then *WHAT DOUSE THE FOX SAY *DING DING DING DING * so we eventually ran the whole entire day. well that was kinda helpful for me because i can get some running in. but i was mad at the same time. today was the short day for me because i woke up did some running and did requirements , i had the breakfast ever it was really delicious. i went to church (had a great time there)i went to a princess party *yay* (Not Really) well the best part is that they had candy! and my coziness were going especially my little cuzoo she's 8 years old we both had a great time well me and my family were sense 4 o'clock so i was in the party for about 4 hours isn't that long well i think it is. i had an ok day from a scale 1 throw 10 it a (5).

today i had a really good grade on my science test i made a 100 and i went to gym were i ran for 10 min straight my pe teacher said if i run for 10 min straight i would choose the game for the day well we all played dogeball, i had a really great day 

today this kid was alone and he had no parent or any other person with him so i took him and showed him to my mom she said we would find her mother well we did then i went home and had a salad which was delicious  and i went out for a run which was epic and my friend came over we had so much fun, i really had a great day

today i went to school and I had a weird my teacher said that i was going to have school on Saturday which made me sad because i cant go to black belt class this Saturday what a *bumer* i cant go to any class on saturday well i will have homework on saturday thats what all my teachers said i went to my science class and i found out that i had a needle inside my skin in my elbow i went to there nurse and she pulled it out it was a real needle not a blister! so when i went to gyms the teacher said i could not run i felt sad but i could play the game which made me happy and made my day i had a wonderful day

today was an amazing day, i went to church and went to eat at applebees but i ordered a salad it was healthy!i did some requirements, i got a little bit more to go. i went to the mall and got some awesome pair of Jordan's it was not cheap it was really expensive  i drank water all day and it seems that when i drink water i feel much more better than always.i played a board game with my dad it was (*sequence*)   it was pretty fun i won 3 times my dad won 3 times to we were going to go for the 4th but it was getting boring so i went upstairs and stared doing my journals thats how my day went today  

i feel sad that snow went away what a bumer i did a lot of physical requirements i did 200 sit ups and 150 push ups i did this by doing push ups / sit ups when the commercials went on i had a fun time over this winter break, i was going to have a test today but because of the snow we didn't in-fact i had no school so i felt relived that i was not going to have a test because every time i have a test i et nervous but it turns out i get 93-100 but still sometimes i forget and get frustrated. i did some burpies but not a lot i probably did 98 - 100 but i need to check,i was reading this book/magazine and it said that Derek Jeter was going to retire that broke my heart because he is the best short...

i had an epic day i hep 4! ladies get there car out of the snow i helped shovel other peoples house for free,i played with my friends they had a really fun time and i did to. i fell in a hill and ripped my pants which hurt so bad and i didn't cry i just cried in my heart when i found out i ripped my whole snow pant i felt relived that i had an extra pair of snow pants. i ran again had a great time but at the time i got home i was sweeting like crazy my jacket was wet and all my clothes, i drank hot coco it was really yummy i mean with a capital Y. i had a really great day TODAY P.S NO SCHOOOOOOOOOOOOOL WOWOWOWOWO

Today i had an awesome day plus i didn't have school today thats sad but i'm still happy, today i ran 2 miles in the snow well nothing stops me i did a lot reading,i had a snowball fight with my friends won every time i friend said i should give them a chance i said ok sure well they won this time i felt better in the inside,i watched a move with hot coco and some   POPcorn i watched grown ups 2, me and dad said it was so funny i had a really great day  

i got out of school early toady i did a lot of requirements i did over 200 push ups and over 250 sit ups i felt a little proud but i said i could do more so i went running for 3 miles i was listening to *i'm the man * which is a pretty cool i did all my homework i ha do more then you all think it was like 15 pages i felt tired but i still did it but when i found out that i am not having school tomorrow i felt calmed that i new i was going to Finnish it all on Wednesday, after all i fished almost all of my home work today. i went to my doctors appointment which was a check up they said i was ok and i was really fit *wowow* she was going to give me a shot but...

Today i was in my book club in school i choose to read a world war 2 book with my whole group i read today till chapter 2 i haft to finish this book in 2 weeks which is easy there is only 346 pages i split the book into 3 parts which 1 section i need to finish in 1 week, i took french horn try outs today and i made it my band teacher said i was really good i just couldn't get to the low notes but she said we will work on it, i went to gym i ran again for 2 miles but this time i ran more because this kid decided not to run the whole entire time everybody go mad at him he felt bad but i cheered him up and we ran together he felt much more happy my teacher said i was...

today i was feeling really tired that i fell asleep twice in arrow it was pretty awesome i missed all the boring part of the movie and when i woke up it was getting in the romantic part which they kissed ewww then me and my family went to a chines restaurant  it was epic this weird guy attended me he looked like he was smoking outside well he was  his teeth were yellow and he smelled i was smelling pretty good but he just smelled too bad that nobody could smell me, when we got i ate ice cream and then i did some pull ups and push ups i had a nice sunday   

today i had a really good work out, i was so sweaty that i had to dry 2 two shirts because they were soaking wet my most favorite was running because my friends ran with me , we listened to some music each one of us had a head phone and one of my friends was dancing and running at the same time,when me and the rest of my friends  stopped my friend was dancing to "cant hold us " then we had a pull up challenge i lost to my other friend he is really in good shape i had an awesome day 

today i went to 1 class and i did some requirements at night and a lot at but in the evening  i had a great day i read a little and chilled for about 3 min,i had a social study study guid and i am having the test on friday which i know that i am going to gat a 100 on it but i'm getting 5 points for extra credit. i feel proud that i did extra work it was really worth it.

today i have learned many thing like learning how to play volleyball and i had soccer try outs i hope i made it :) in school i am learning about  china and i am taking chines as my language i ate a big salad and went to do some requirements and i did 1 pull up i think thats pretty weak for me i felt disappointed i think i can do better nextime 

had a great day but i am still sad because the broncos lost the super bowl they got crushed, i did a lot of requirements in P.E and ran 4 miles i got a 100 on a science test *YES* i didn't do any pull ups i think my arms are really sour from playing volleyball, my mom is sick well she is sleeping right now. 

Today the broncos lost the super bowl and i lost 20$ i cant believe that the Seahawks won, i ate a hot dog which was good and chips also good my dad ate a hamburger that was not made well he ate it but he didn't like it *bumer* i went to a mexican restaurant which was ok but the food caused me to be gassy and now i fell so sleepy for watching the game and plus the BRONCOS LOST D:<

Today i had no school so that means no homework :) and that leads me going to black belt class which is awesome but today i learned hapkido yay!!!!! well i was parters with my friend C.J we did a great job but sometimes i could not remember my self defense and thanks to him he corrected me and sometimes i corrected him. I did a lot of push ups and sit ups i did so many i ended up with 80 push ups and 90 sit ups while i was watching TV like you guys know  I TRY NOT TO BE LAZY :)  

Today i had a really rough day i had so many stuff to do i ran a lot i  and did 3 pull ups *awesome* when to buy some supplies for school the bad part is that i could not go to my friends house that made me so mad that i would rip something with my mouth but i calmed my self and keeped moving forward 

Today i hade a great day i went to school and got switch to top locker and i ran in P.E for 6 min my P.E teacher said that it was to 2 miles. In P.E i was playing volleyball it was ok until i got hit in the face by ball i had bloody nose it was horrible i was sitting down for the whole P.E class. When i got home i ate B L T it was delicious. i felt lazy so i got up and went to have a work out which was awesome i did 2 pull ups i felt really proud of my self and i went for 2 mile walk and a 1 mile run i felt better but i took a nap and when i got up i felt lazy again so i lifted wights wile i was watching Tv i was trying hard...

Today i got new shoes they were vans i got a little mad because this other kid is buying 2 paris of shoes i told my parents if i could get 3 paris they said are you loco well then after all i just got 1 pair of shoes pretty lucky i got something instead of nothing. Well after that i went to run 2 miles pretty fun but just because of the music and then i had a nice apple it was delicious YUM!!!! HOPE ALL OF YOU ARE DOING OK GOOD LUCK    

today was a great day but with the cold weather not so much of a "great day" well today i had 3 classes they were super awesome especially black belt classes I had so much fun i learned "wang ho 1 !!!  'but' I had a really rough time learning it sometimes i feel so mad when i mess up. I have ran so many miles that i was about to die i was really hyped up that i was going to run but when i came back I felt really exhausted i felt really tired then i noticed that i have ran for over 1hr and 30 min i felt really proud of myself i got a little mad because my parents didn't do it WITH ME but i forgave them; so pretty much i had a great day!!! hope ALL OF YOU are doing your push ups :)
