Dear John 

 

If you want to get some sparring rounds in you need to get them done as soon as possible. Go to a 9Round and get some completed as soon as you can in between each round do your pushups, situps and burpees. This way you can get a lot completed in 30 minutes. Good luck with all and keep moving forward.
