Weekend Vibes

Written my journal now rather than later.

Im making cereal ice coffee latte. I've been following a barista on youtube and she suggest using the milk from your cereal for an ice latte, to give it a sweeter, or special taste. I'm using cinnamon toast crunch and letting it my milk marinate. I don't know if marinate is the right word, but it feels rights. On Sunday I plan to make a matcha tea with honey drizzle in. Very simple, but I haven't done it yet.

I packed a bag for instructors camp this weekend. I am very excited, I haven't gone since I started school. I'm also excited it back in Greenville. I am ready to train my butt off.

I'm a bit worried about the black belt cycle. I have not been as active the past few weeks due to my work schedule. I haven't been able to got to classes as often, and I have trouble getting in mentee session. I'm glad I put a lot effort in at the beginning of the cycle. I recognized that working there for so long and being consistent with training has help stayed on top of my curriculum, and that I'm auditing this cycle, so later in the year I have more control of my work schedule and be adjusted, but I guess I wanted to end this cycle as if I was testing for my master. There still time, but I really do need to sit down and figure out what needs to be done.

I think my cereal is done, I'm going to go finish my latte. To those going to instructor's camp, I will see you later!
