We returned from Emerald Isle Beach this afternoon. You know what they say... The vacation is never long enough and that week always go by too quickly. I'm grateful for Inst Pam and TJ for teaching classes while I was gone. This Monday is a new week with Master Hama in town to teach our guys some sparring techniques. Bring it Monday!!!
