I awaken this morning doing more push ups, sit ups and trying to do burpees. I ate a good breakfast and then off to church.
I plan on taking myself through a grueling workout this evening which includes kicks and a few miles.
I am a 71yr. old who loves practicing TKD. I accept the challenge and i'm highly motivated in trying to make it to the next level.
