Todays class, that I helped out in, I really enjoyed working with these two girls during kicking; drop kicks and ladder kicking up to 10 and back down. Then I worked with one of them for the sparing combinations. I felt really proud about helping; her she caught on super fast :-)
I also officially have Single Stick Form One down. We must have done it 20 something times. :-D
