Today we went to the library for summer camp, so all the kids were less loud. When I got back I started doing my requirements. I ran a mile only stopping once for a short time. Right before black belt class I ran another without stopping at all.

When I was about 9 years old I started Tae Kwon Do because my cousin and the other master Hartles were doing it. A year after I started they opened their own school and I started going there. My brother and I got so many of our friends doing Tae Kwon Do.
