Today my dad and I decided to take a break from our daily run. I woke up at 6am after a long time and feels good to get that extra hour of sleep. I did my 3rd mentor session with Master Randle yesterday and we reviewed all what I had learnt till date. I am making sure that I have my forms and stances correct. Then we did our Black Belt Class and I was extremely tired after that. I am working very hard on my pull up bar.
