Today was a long, exhausting day, starting at 3:00 AM when one of the dogs got sick. After cleaning that up, I managed to crawl back into bed and catch a little more sleep before waking up for a workout—which turned out to be another great session.
Work went smoothly; I hung out with a few kids and ate lunch until it was time to run the pickup route. The heat today was brutal.
In the afternoon, I pushed through black belt class. By the time I got home, I was starving—just like yesterday—so I grabbed dinner right away. I wound down with some football before showering and getting ready for bed. Looking forward to the group community service event tomorrow!
