Struggle is Real

Started the day by stepping on the scale and weighing more than I ever remember weighing in my life.

Not the kind of bench mark I want to set.

Strict Press to 1 rep max

WOD

60 Jump Rope       x 5 = 300

15 Thrusters          x 5 = 75 (@ 75 lbs)

10 Pull Up            x 5  = 50

Ran 1 extra mile after class

Spent the day making repairs around school, then laying flooring with my son at his rental property.
