Shoulder Treatment

Got my shoulder worked on this morning.

I am in a ton of pain tonight.

Hope it is just from getting massaged so hard.

Good workout this morning.

Thrusters for strength, 3 Cindys (5 pull, 10 push, 15 squat) and 3 Nancys (400m, 15 OHS/95lbs)
