Today I am heading to the National Scoliosis Center (in Virginia) to get a 3-month mark check-up. The reason I am going, is because I have a disability called scoliosis which means a have a curved spine (47 degrees) which is considered “severe” (do not worry I am completely okay) if my curve gets to 50 degrees I will have to undergo surgery, but I am getting a lot of good news about my curvature from professionals. I wear a brace to prevent it (you guys have never seen it because I take it off for Tae Kwon Do). This journal is different from my other purely because of the subject so I’ll repeat, do NOT worry 👍
