We didn't have black belt class today so I was able to sleep. When I got up, I went on a run with my father and did some exercises. Later this afternoon we went to Greensboro and ate at this all you can eat sushi restaurant to celebrate my father, grandfather and aunt's birthdays. The food was good and it came on a conveyor belt or you could order from the menu as well.
