Today was a good day. I woke up this morning and went to Black Belt class were we worked on Kicking, self defense and poomsaes. Afterwards, we celebrated my Grandfathers birthday and Valentine's day for my Mother and Grandmother. The weather was nice so my father took me on a run and when we got home we continue to celebrate Valentine's day by helping my dad cook dinner for my mother.
