I went to the rec center yesterday. I used some of the weight machines, and ran indoors. I'm practicing jump roping more, but still not that good at it. I started looking at online videos of jump ropers, and its pretty amazing what they do. I visited with a friend later in the day. Today, Sunday is my birthday. We don't celebrate birthdays like we did when I was little, so it's a normal day, but it stinks because I went to bed last night with a sore throat and woke up feeling alot worse.
