Saturday

Got up early. Not sure why but I could not sleep this morning. Woke up around 5:00 and never got back to sleep. Nate and I went to help with family and little tiger classes. I really like helping the younger kids learn their stuff. I helps me refine myself as well. I want to make sure I am doing things right to teach them correctly. Then we headed off to Black Belt class. It was a great class. Got work on some of my 1st Dan skills which was good for me. It was really good. Smoothie King and headed back home to finish off our requirements. Then we had a little down time, which Nate and I both needed. Then dinner and hanging out. My daughter in college came home for the weekend, so that was great to see her. I miss her and it was nice to catch up a bit.

I was thinking about what I know now in Tae Kwon Do and where I started. It is pretty amazing. I know I have bunch more to learn and excited about that too. I am also looking forward to Instructor's camp this coming weekend. Nate is coming too... so really excited that we get to do it together. I know he is my son, but I am so very proud of him. I was not this good at something at his age.

Keep moving!!!
