Pullups

Doing my pull ups the last couple of days has got me motivated to get better at this.

WOD today

Burpee Box Jumps

Slamballs

Push Press

Strength was alternating pullups and hollow rock/ superman, with warmup of DUs, lunges and T2B.

Training with Master Evins. Lots of work on forms.
