I did a lot of my requirements this morning before work. Then I was able to squeeze in some kicks, jump rope rounds and sparring rounds before BB class. We got some good practice on the colored belt curriculum in BB class.
I’ve been working really hard on the pull-ups and I’ve actually been getting better. In the beginning I couldn’t even do one, even with the bungee cord. But now I can actually pull up a couple of times in a row while using the bungee cord for my leg. Unfortunately, I got so excited doing them yesterday that I think I strained a muscle in my side or popped a rib out of place. Oh well…that’s part of being on the cycle. J
