I didn’t really do any physical requirement today, I don’t want to be sore today, and really push myself tomorrow!
I was also going to do them at for lunch, time got the best of me. I was do ahead of on my work, but there only so much preparing I can do. They’re is only much you can control.
So left work a little late, and very tired. I didn’t know if I had enough energy to make it to sparring and black belt class, I wanted to drink an energy drink. But I drank coffee and milk instead and talked to my boyfriend. that helped a lot
Sparring and black belt class was a great. I learned something new from Master Knight. Instructor Foster did a fine job leading the class.
