Move in day #28

Today was the actual move in day for my son at his college, though he has been there for about a month for band camp. We did not move anything in , but went to visit him for a bit before he had to go off to band practice. After that I took my wife out for Brunch and then we headed back to Charlotte. I slept the entire ride back, which was much needed. When we got back home I knocked out my requirements and tired to go to the track for jog but they were packed and another was closed. I drove around a bit and remembered there was a soccer field in Huntersville I used to take my kids to. I drove over there and there was a trail that I was able to walk/ jog on. I ended up doing for miles before dusk hit and the park was closing. I am happy with my progress in time and the fact I did feel like my legs were going to fall off in pain or cramp up. Laster this week I plan on going back there and  doing five miles or so.
