I missed doing my journal last night which made me mad because I was in the green with them and now I am not, hopefully by doing this one will bring it back up to green. I have been doing good with my work outs and I am starting to catch up on everything that I was falling behind in, I slowly see the numbers decreasing!!! Throughout different parts of the day I ended up running 6 miles, which wad amazing! And I can't wait to finish catching up on everything throughout this week and over the long weekend.
