Today during summer camp we played laser tag, my team won. After we got back to the dojang we had class, using sticks, and it was alright. When doing my requirements I was also practicing kip-ups because it's been quite a long time since I've tried. During sparring class we just killed our legs doing suicides with the medicine balls and squats.
