Today during summer camp we went to the pool, and of course the kids were crawling all over me. After that I helped with some class, mostly did my requirements and then I went for a run, with Logan. During sparring class we did a lot of sparring drills with the shields, and then we did a kickboxing kind of sparring style.

When I was about 9 years old I started Tae Kwon Do because my cousin and the other master Hartles were doing it. A year after I started they opened their own school and I started going there. My brother and I got so many of our friends doing Tae Kwon Do.
